Regulations
25The Lieutenant-Governor in Council may make regulations
(a) prescribing other objects of the Council;
(a.1) prescribing the terms and conditions for entering into a service level agreement and the contents of the agreement; and
(b) Repealed: 2022, c.61, s.17
(c) respecting any other matter that may be necessary for the proper administration of this Act.

Regulations
25The Lieutenant-Governor in Council may make regulations
(a) prescribing other objects of the Council;
(b) respecting the appointment of members of the Council, including criteria for eligibility; and
(c) respecting any other matter that may be necessary for the proper administration of this Act.
